You will get an idea of what your day will look like with a Cassels Experience, an unhurried run through of what to expect on your wedding day.
Planning a wedding can be stressful. We take the edge off the planning process by offering a complimentary one-hour consultation to co-ordinate and style your special day and plan menu, table settings, song list and other finer details. The consultation is held with Leigh, our professional wedding/ function co-ordinator, who brings many years of experience to the table.
From then, and post the booking, the Cassels team will support you in many ways. From offering advice on timings to assistance with seating plans, through to meeting your special guests at the gate on the day, you will be able to relax knowing the details will all be taken care of by attentive professional staff who care. We also provide recommendations (including contact details) of professional wedding service suppliers.
Cassels host a wedding rehearsal for your bridal party and close family. This ensures everybody is comfortable with their roll on the day and is also an opportunity to quell some of those pre-wedding nerves.
Photographers, videographers & other service providers are welcome to visit Cassels and plan their part of your special day.
Our bridal package includes complimentary centre pieces, styled in accordance with your theme and the option of our DJ for entertainment. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own instrumentalist, singer, band or a DJ of your choosing. We will support you in setting them up on the day.
